First Shift

Paired for the entire shift, the first 30 mins of shift are used to watch pathway.

The team member on Drinks/Desserts is responsible for making drinks to fulfill orders as well as making desserts. Maintaining a clean work area and proper portion control is a key responsibility.

_____ Preparing milkshakes

_____ Preparing frosted beverages

_____ Preparing kids icedream cup

_____ Preparing large icedream cup

_____ Restocking shakebase

_____ Restocking icedream

_____ Using a drink carrier for 2 or more drinks

_____ Ensuring drinks are in order

_____ Restocking the Drinks Station

_____ Brewing tea

_____ Making Lemonade

_____ Accurately fulfill orders as they show up on the monitor

_____ Know when to ask for help and what to do during Downtime.

WINDOW/PUSHING

_____ Greeting the guest

_____ Double checking orders for accuracy

_____ Repeating the order

_____ Handling payment at the window

_____ Communicating wait times/reasons with guests

_____ Engaging in conversations with guests

_____ When to park a guest

_____ Asking for help to deliver meals to parked guests

_____ Assisting the drink maker when needed
