ENTERPRISE TEAM 

Our Enterprise Team was created in order to lead our business with an organizational structure and systems that can be duplicated while maintaining consistency of quality and service. 

The Enterprise Team consists of 6-8 executive level leaders who report to the CEO/ Operator, Matthew Webber. Their role is to represent the purpose, mission, and vision of Chick-fil-A at Murphy and Wylie, as well as to guard the brand of Chick-fil-A. Their knowledge of all aspects of the business and ability to influence at all levels in the organization is critical. They are servant-leaders who are owners of their area of the business.

As Sr. Executive Director, Chase is responsible for overseeing the culture and development of team members and Leaders at Chick-fil-A Murphy & Wylie. Not only does he own the development of team members and leaders within our business, but also serves as the HR liaison to other leaders and departments in the business and supports the Executive & Director team in their daily activities. serving as the Operator’s Ambassador at all levels of communication.
